We gladly announce that NATO | OTAN – NCISS (Nato Communications And Information Systems School) has became a new  Local Academy of Europa Networking.

The agreement between Europa Networking (Regional Networking Academy) and NATO | OTAN– NCISS has been signed on 12 December 2008.

Europa Networking will provide NCISS with all required training for the Instructors, and supports for the curricula offered to the students by the new Academy in Latina.

A new intensive CCIE Routing e Switching Boot Camp has started for Belgium NATO|OTAN.

The first CCIE RS course tailored for a team of  NATO|OTAN was completed today.
The participants were Networking Engineers from NATO/OTAN’s headquarters in Belgium. They attended  a two week course on Europa Networking Academy in Bergamo.

During the course the Networking Engineers developed their skills through the proposed program involving Labs, case studies and a skill-based exam.

The CCIE R&S's course program comprises all 350-001 blueprints of the Cisco Exam.  We tailored this course considering the unique training needs of NATO/OTAN’s Network Engineers.

A new CCAI instructor training.

Every year we organize a new program aimed at new talents interested in becoming an Academy Instructor
The participants are Network Engineers who achieved excellent scores in all CCNA and CCNP courses at our academy. Beyond technical competence,  teaching requires didactic knowledge and  methodology.

The instructor training includes topics as technical issues, didactic methods, analysis and course programming, lab training and troubleshooting in person and in remote access.

After completing the course and teaching a CCNA course, participants of the instructor training obtain the  CCAI qualification.

A new CCAI - Cisco Certified Academy Instructor-  course will prepare more instructors for the  academy  Europa Networking - Harambee Networking - Shalom IT Center (Kenya - Nairobi).

It’s the third CCAI course tailored to train the instructors of Nairobi's local academy. The participants will study intensively during the next months.

The Harambee Networking project was launched in 2005 and its main goal is to keep the local academy in Kenya up-to-date on the latest networking technologies used in Europe and to offer high quality courses to local students. Harambee, which in Swahili means let’s work together, is the essence of the project: sharing networking technologies and skills to facilitate the social and economic global development.

CCNP courses also In Brescia. Last evening  the beginning of the first CCNP course in our academy in Brescia. It’s the BSCI course updated to the version 5. The in presence lessons will be twice a week during the evenings ( 19:00-22:00) in Brescia.

Besides the hands on activities during the classes, students can  access the labs remotely from their home or office for having more hours of practice in Cisco equipment.

The third edition of Cisco Expo ended on 27th February in Milan.

A Meeting about the Public Sector and the Cisco Networking Academy Program was organized during the event.  Forty people attended the meeting and six  Cisco Networking Academies participated  via “WEBEX”.

All sessions were transmitted through internet allowing other 118 people to join the meeting  remotely
The Cisco Networking Academy Country Manager “Luca Lepore” took part of the presentation via “WEBEX”.

Cisco Systems chose a group of Europa Networking’s students to work with their technicians in the network setting for the EXPO in Milan.

Thanks to Cisco Systems Italy for the opportunity proposed to our students.

Europa Networking as a Regional Academy trains the Networking Academy Instructors. Besides the courses for qualifying instructors for CCNA, Security and Wireless courses, it also organizes courses for the version 5 of the CCNP courses (BSCI, ISCW, BCMSN and ONT).

This course is intended for academies that want to offer the new version of the CCNP curriculum courses to their students. By completing a CCNP instructor course, instructors are qualified to offer and teach courses in CCNP.

The courses can be taught in English, Portuguese or Italian. Participants instructors may also  remote access the academy labs.

Instructors from all around the world can join our CCNP courses and get their academies able to offer the new version of the academy curriculum CCNP courses (BSCI, ISCW, BCMSN and ONT) to their students.

The Provincia di Brescia Assessor of Innovation and Technology “Corrado Ghirardelli”, the Cisco Networking Academy Country Manager “Luca Lepore” and  Europa Networking have signed an agreement  to offer  local High Schools and Technical Schools the IT Essentials PC Hardware and Software networking academy course.

During the event the Cisco Networking Academy methodology, program content and affiliation process to the  Networking Academy were presented.

The agreement  of Provincia di Brescia, Europa Networking and Cisco Networking Academy encourages the local High Schools and Vocational Schools to join the program without any affiliation fees.
The presentation was in Brescia at the “CST - Provincia di Brescia”.  Participants also joined the event by Internet, through “WEBEX” .

Europa Networking has signed a new agreement The purpose of  “Giovani Card 2008” is to facilitate the access of  young people to the Cisco Networking Academy Program.

The “Giovani Card 2008” was sent to citizens who are from 15 to 25 years old, residents in Comune di

Bergamo, Gorle, Orio al Serio, Ponteranica, Sorisole and Torre Boldone.

The agreement is valid from 1st January till 31st December 2008.

Congratulations to Claudio Sarto! He has achieved the most important Cisco certification  passing the CCIE RS lab exam at Cisco Systems facilities in Belgium.

Previously organized only on demand and for enterprise training, the MPLS and IPS courses are now included in our course catalogue.
